Technology and automation will overtake construction like it has in almost every other industry. We are leaders in construction automation. The early adopters will have an advantage over the rest of the field as the technology advances.
We are looking for a strategic relationship with mid-size to large companies in the construction industry who are interested in early adoption experience in 3D printing and robotics in the DFW area. We are likely the only company in DFW with the capability and probably the only company in the nation that can give you experience immediately. Additionally, we have completed the construction of two single family residences in the Cedar Creek Lake area and are working on a 1750sf 14-unit storage facility.

- Social Media Photo Op
- Simple photo op and press release that our companies are investigating opportunities together. Both companies can utilize the content on their respective social media platforms
- Social Media Campaign
- Focused effort on behalf of both companies to demonstrate working progress toward a 3D project. This effort will be focused on weekly social media releases identifying the nature and progress of the given project(s).
- Light participation – You are curious about the technology and interested in participating, but only on a couple of projects or simply providing your product as part of the construction effort
- We currently own acreage and lots in Collin, Kaufman and Henderson counties that can be developed, or we can begin instantly building in a location of your choosing
- We will use our engineering and floor plans
- We can be responsible for as much or as little of the overall project as you would like
- Medium participation – You understand the technology enough to know construction will move this direction and would like to ensure they maintain a leading position in understanding the concepts, benefits and challenges related to construction automation
- You will need to commit to a minimum of 10 projects and we’ll manage the robotics portion and train your personnel … but you’ll be responsible for the non-robotics portion of the construction.
- You will design at least 3 floor plans and we will all work through the engineering and planning together
- Heavy participation – You are convinced this is the future of construction and want to influence the technology and architecture capabilities
- You will assist us in scaling the technology, processes and increase the number of machines
