Our team has invested in real estate since 1977. Through the years, we have handled every job in the real estate industry including flipping, rehabbing, new construction and minor construction.
We currently own and manage well over 100 rental properties and have a team of construction professionals that assist in the maintenance and management of all things construction.
Additionally, we have a substantial number of resources in the construction industry to assist in completion of a project once the structure has been printed.

- Graduated with a Bachelors in Math/Computer Science from UT – Dallas in 1982
- Employed by Rockwell International and Texas Instruments from 1985 – 1999
- Currently own and manage a portfolio of single family residential homes, RV and mobile home parks, private mortgages and new construction and land development projects

Manages all things “accounting”
Ensures Servicing and Accounting systems balance
